Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery times

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because our range is fulfilled from more than one location, delivery times vary by item:

• Items shipped from our UK warehouse: typically 3–5 business days
• Items shipped from our international warehouses: typically 7–14 business days

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for each item. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed by customs, weather, or courier volume beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at shopmariss@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
